I like the products (I wound up with the full set just to use the 1.25, which I am not thrilled about). I first ordered the 1.25 size and had no idea it did not include the heating unit. The site should be clearer and should also offer the heating units on their own. If they do, I certainly could not find it. From what I could see, the whole set is the only option. Now I have a spare 1.25. $$$$$

I found the site confusing. I clicked the option showing the Curl Q with every attachment and thought that was what I was buying. I used a salon discount code. What arrived was a small curling iron. To swap it, I was told I would have to cover return shipping, which came to nearly $30. After that I learned my discount code would not apply to the exchange. I pointed out that the website presents the item in a misleading way, and that making the customer pay for shipping was poor service. I still wanted the product, but I will buy from another company. Poor way to treat customers
